We adhere to the principles of Category Management, as we implement the merchandising and promo programs of our principals at the store level. We deploy a team of merchandisers in major store outlets to ensure conformance with the brands’ plan-o-grams, new product placements and inventory management standards. MyServ International has its own promo & merchandising officer who oversees these activities that would influence an increase product sell-out across all channels.
